But Mr. Sukadia, in his wisdom, created an empowered form of vigilance Commissioner to eradicate corruption as an effective and practical administrative innovation.

There was no point relating to development of agriculture, education, health and medicine, drinking water, roads, employment, housing, social welfare, tourism, cooperatives, animal husbandry, etc., on which they have not implemented the practical schemes of intensive thinking. They were busy building their dreams in Rajasthan from 5 o'clock till late night. There was no village in Rajasthan where they did not have a meaningful effort to interview and redress their problems. Rajasthan had settled in Rome and in the minds of the people of Rajasthan.
